Moussa Bagate , phd , pe

Bagate, PhD, PE, (BNR) an expert in highway design and pavement management systems with 30 years municipal experience in Virginia and New ‘ork. Dr. Bagate has a substantial number of years of experience in managing major corridor projects, designing pavement structures and conducting operational improvement and traffic & safety related projects. Dr. Bagate has participated in a variety of highway research projects on behalf of FHWA and university

Jeron Rogers, PE, (BNR)

an experienced engineer in municipal engineering with over 35 year experience in Louisiana and New York. Mr. Rogers will serve as the Field Survey Supervisor. As a former director of public works departments, Mr. Rogers has directed numerous municipal engineering/ & civil works projects.

Suleiman Abozaid, MSc.

is a multi-disciplined engineer with over 20 years experience in the design, and construction supervision of highway and civil projects. Mr. Abozaid brings local experience as he was a construction manager of a series of projects during his 14 years with Indiana Dept. of Transportation.
