BNR professional engineers have the experience to provide manufactured home foundation certification.

Whenever a buyer of a manufactured home applies for long term FHA or VA Home Mortgage Financing, they are required to provide a certificate describing the structural integrity of the manufacturing home foundation. To be eligible for mortgage financing, a manufactured home must be constructed in conformance with the Federal Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards and must have a permanent foundation. A permanent foundation for the manufactured home, must comply with the guidelines found in HUD Handbook 7584 “Permanent Foundation Guide for Manufactured Housing” and HUD Handbook 4145.1 REV-2 “Architectural Processing and Inspection for Home Mortgage Insurance.
